Introducing the revolutionary design of the Contour Light System, I just had to check it out! I was a bit anxious walking into my appointment but was greeted with a warm welcome and felt very comfortable in their beautiful space. The first step was to fill out a detailed questionnaire about my health. Then I stepped on that dreaded scale which gave me detailed information about my body weight, including my Metabolic Age. Without telling you all those details, I will say is I was happy to find out it was less than my actual age! Then I had some basic measurements taken before I laid down for the Contour Light Treatment. I was wrapped with padding, it was almost like heating pads. I was pleasantly happy that I didn't feel claustrophobic. I loved the meditation music playing in the background while I laid there for 25 minutes. I can't remember the last time I was able to lay by myself during the daytime by myself with no interruptions. It was so relaxing and I didn't feel too hot. After the 25 minutes I had to get on a machine called "The Shaker" for 10 minutes, yes if you have any body fat you will see it move. The last was to take my measurements again to see my results. I lost a quarter inch in every area except my hips showed 2 inches less, which was an amazing surprise! These results vary from patient to patient, primarily due to the commitment by the patient to their goals. If a patient maintains a healthy lifestyle of a diet and exercise program that promotes weight control, your results can be long term.
