If you haven’t heard already, there is a new studio in Perinton...Club Pilates (Canaltown). Across from the Perinton Wegmans. I went to a trial class and knew I had to take more!
These are reformer-based group classes designed to build strength, mobility and stability. They offer convenient class times you can schedule right from your app! The instructors at Club Pilates are there to help you through every step of your journey! There are 9 different class types offered at 4 unique levels.
