The sweet smell of BBQ filled the air as I walked through door of Smokin’ Hot Chicks new BBQ restaurant in the historic cannery building in Fairport, NY. The inside space was so inviting and spacious with the casual want to hang out feeling. I loved the family style picnic tables, seeing the band set up to play, customers surrounding the bar and the walk up and order counter. The owner Shannon was so nice to help me order for my family of 6. We got a little taste of just about everything and boy were we happy customers!! The cornbread was the family’s favorite!! My boys loved the Mac n cheese and my husband and I divided right into the Mac Salad!! It’s a must try BBQ restaurant for date night or bring the kids!!

Our dishes are served in a Texas BBQ food line style. You will be seated first, and your server will take your drink orders and bring you chips and salsa. Paper menus are provided for you to look at and fill out (checkboxes) and when you’re ready, you bring it up to our food line, where your plate is prepared right in front of you. No checkout is necessary because your order will be applied to your table’s bill.
In addition, please note that our meats are slowly cooked to perfection in our “Southern Pride” smoker for half a day before being served to you. We try our best to accommodate for the expected crowd, but due to the nature of our industry, we might run out of certain meats. That’s why we implemented our “Late Night Nibbles” menu, which serves tacos (until we run out), chips & salsa, fries & sweet potato fries, and nachos.
