Kids eat free on Tuesdays at Uno! All UNO Extras Members receive one free item from the kids’ menu or a gluten free pizza with each adult entrée purchased every Tuesday. It’s easy and free to join at unos.com/unoextras. I scanned the QR code at the table while we waited for our food. It took about 30 seconds to join and the next day I received a coupon for a free individual pizza as a welcome message in my inbox!
Prior to this visit I thought of Uno as being synonymous with "pizza" so I was surprised to discover the vast variety of menu items from loaded nachos to salads to seafood in addition to a ton of different pizzas. My hubby and I ordered two of their new summer options. My shrimp and lobster scampi was absolutely delicious! His steak was perfectly cooked, and he highly recommends the loaded mashed potatoes.
My kids loved sitting in the spacious booth and spotted a large round booth on a platform that they'd like to sit at on our next visit. Uno Webster is very family friendly. The stool in the lady's room allowed my (Mr. Independent) little one to reach the sink on his own. The kids' menus contained two pages full of activities. My kids had a lot of fun coloring and playing games together while we waited for our food. I appreciated the fact that there were no mini screens on the table because we were able to have good conversations and enjoy each other's company without distractions.
My littles ordered the mac and cheese and spaghetti from the kids' menu. They chose fries and giant meatballs as the side. My big ordered a Chicago Meatmarket individual pizza off the regular menu. It was jam-packed with meat! I was surprised none of my kids chose the "Make Your Own Pizza" option. Kids get to dress their own pizza and then send it back to the kitchen to cook. Uno hosts "Make Your Own Pizza" parties for birthdays, scout troops, school groups, etc. It would definitely be fun to host our next birthday party at Uno.
Our waitress was the friendliest woman I've ever met. Auntie Carla (she introduced herself to the kids this way) bussed the table as she went, chatted with my kids, and made it her personal mission to make my shy 2-year-old smile. She accomplished her goal when she brought out a "make your own sundae" for him at the end of the meal. He loved decorating his ice cream with each of the toppings. Such a fun idea! We ordered the chocolate cookie cake smothered with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream to share as a family. It was AMAZING!
If you don't have time for a sit down or your littles are getting hangry on the run, Uno offers curbside pick-up. But, if you decide to do sit-down, there is plenty of room inside and they have outdoor seating on the covered patio. From their deep-dish nacho appetizer (my pickiest child declared "these are delicious!") to their luscious desert, we really enjoyed our meal at Uno Webster.
