Shooting & Offensive Skills Camps July 15-17 and July 22-24 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Boys & Girls: Entering grades 5-11 Location: Nazareth University, Pittsford, N.Y. This camp offers intense work on all aspects of shooting including 3-point shooting, shooting on the move and shooting off the dribble. This camp is designed for the player determined to improve their shooting and scoring ability. • $140 before June 1 — $150 after June 1. This camp offers fundamental teaching and all aspects of basketball. Campers learn skills in a fun environment and get the opportunity to play 2 full court games each day. The camp strives to balance fundamental learning and fun! • $270 before June 1 — $280 after June 1. Limited space available • Camp is Monday through Thursday • Emphasis on fundamental skill development in all areas • Campers can bring or buy lunch each day • Videotape, shooting analysis • At least one competitive game per day • Working parents special (late pick-up at 4 p.m.) • Special family/multiple session rates • Each camper receives a Golden Flyers reversible camp jersey Camp Director Kevin Broderick Nazareth University Men’s Head Basketball Coach Kevin Broderick recently completed his 15th year as the Nazareth Men’s Basketball Coach and 28th year as a college head coach. He has 467 career wins as a college coach. His 2023-24 team finished 19-8 and advanced to the Empire 8 Championship for the fourth season in a row. In 2023-24, the Golden Flyers ranked #1 in the country in assist to turnover ratio, and 3rd in the country in 3-point field goal percentage. He was named the 2021-22 Rochester Area College Coach of the Year after leading his Nazareth team to a 24-5 record and an Empire 8 Championship. A strong believer in fundamentals, Broderick will lead his camp staff in emphasizing proper fundamentals and techniques in all areas of the game. The camp staff is expected to feature Nazareth University Assistant Coaches as well as members of the 2023-24 Nazareth Men’s Basketball Team and outstanding area coaches and college players.
